bU was born from a shared passion among professionally certified coaches to democratise coaching.

Our mission is simple: make coaching accessible and affordable for everyone, not just senior leaders in large corporations. 

We want first-time managers, frontline executives, startup teams, MSMEs, and professionals across the value chain to benefit from the power of coaching, and gain INSIGHT, build INFLUENCE, and create IMPACT

Emmanuel focuses on Values and Leadership Development and is adept with C-Suite and Senior Professionals. Has an interest and insights on Grief Counselling to enable people to realize their potential. He created and curated a body of knowledge around Unconventional Learning which is part of select Leadership Programs.

Assessments

HOGAN: These assessments help you know how and why people behave the way they do, if people will align with your organization, if they will meet the job requirements, and how they will perform. The comprehensive approach to personality assessment provides the depth and detail needed to hire the right employees, identify and develop talented individuals, and build better leaders. Online assessment will be on actuals, followed by a virtual debrief of each executive. 

Enneagram: The Enneagram is a system that groups human personality into nine basic types. While it's not a medical tool, understanding your typology might help you gain insights into your actions, feelings, motivations, stress management, or interactions with others. Online assessment will be on actuals, followed by a virtual debrief of each executive 

360 Degree: A process that gathers feedback from multiple sources to evaluate an employee's performance and identify areas for improvement. Curation of the form, capture virtual responses of 5 responders, report writing and a virtual debrief of each executive.
